New Delhi, Jan 11 (ANI): Britney Spears was named favourite pop artist at the People's Choice Awards in Los Angeles. The 32-year-old singer wore a mini-dress embellished with crystals from designer Michael D and matched it with skin coloured Giuseppe Zanotti heels.
