Brad Pitt is going all out to promote his upcoming Netflix venture, War Machine. The actor was spotted in New York promoting his new venture and it looks like he is now in Mumbai with the same objective.
The Hollywood actor met King Khan Shah Rukh Khan in India and discussed his upcoming satirical war movie with a selected people from the press. The actor was photographed with SRK by his side. Pitt landed in India on Wednesday morning and met the star in the evening.
Unlike other recent Hollywood celebrity visits Justin Bieber and Vin Diesel that was made a huge fan fair, Pitt chose to keep his visit low key and discuss his movie with Khan. It appears that the surprise visit was planned last minute, as the actor's name was not mentioned in the press releases handed out.
Attendees of the event were informed only about War Machine's director David Michôd, along with Dede Gardner and Jeremy Kleiner, Pitt's partners in production house Plan B Entertainment, presence. Pitt reportedly flew down from the Tokyo premiere that took place on Tuesday night, May 23.

The 53-year-old actor landed in Mumbai on the morning of May 24. With no sight of his until the special press meet, Pitt successfully managed to dodge paparazzi attention in the city. The last time Pitt was in India, he had come down when Angelina Jolie was shooting for A Mighty Heart in the country. Pitt and Jolie separated last year.
Talking about War Machine, the film is based on the book, The Operators: The Wild and Terrifying Inside Story of America's War in Afghanistan. The Netflix Original film is a satirical take on what happened when the US Army landed in Afghanistan.
Pitt plays a stern yet clumsy and overly confident General McMahon who is headed to Afghanistan to fight the war with one goal – to win. The actor sports a never-before-seen look. He dons grey hair and a weird accent. With the political leaders and the press getting involved, the film will attempt to tell the story of the famous incident in a funny way.
