The only thing UFC and boxing fans seem to be talking about is about the potential fight between Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor. The two fighters have been in talks for a while now and things have come to a standstill once again.
The last update received on what was happening was that McGregor has signed his side of the deal and now UFC President Dana White is set to get into talks with Mayweather and his team as he looks to confirm this fight. White, Mayweather and McGregor all seem confident that the fight will happen this year but the wait is killing all the fans out there.

Well, even if it's killing and frustrating all the fans out there, there is nothing really we can do about it except waiting for the official announcement to be made. While all the talks happen behind the scene, a lot of boxers have been giving their opinion on what might happen if the fight does happen.
The likes of Mike Tyson, Sugar Ray Leonard, Dereck Chisora and most recently Ricky Hatton have all given their take on what they think might happen in the ring and all of them expect Mayweather to win and it's understandable why they think so.
"I couldn't hit him. Oscar De La Hoya couldn't hit him. Canelo Alvarez couldn't hit him. Conor's not going to hit him. What I think happens in the fight ... it could be a bit embarrassing. And I would not like to see that happen to Conor 'cause I love him to bits," boxing scene quoted Hatton as saying.
"If the truth be known, I'd like Conor to splatter him. But I don't ... my heart says it but my mind says 'no,' he probably wouldn't."
Tyson feels that McGregor is going to look completely ridiculous boxing against Mayweather while Chisora feels that this fight is all about the money and Floyd will beat Conor easily. As for boxing legend Sugar Ray Leonard, he said that it will be a financial success but Mayweather will win hands down.
Mayweather is a five division world champion and is undefeated in boxing and given all the experience he has gained over the years one would expect him to completely destroy the Irishman. However, McGregor knows he is the underdog and despite that the UFC lightweight champion has said that he will shock the boxing world.
