No doubt, Floyd Mayweather Jr. vs Manny Pacquiao clash is one of the most keenly awaited bouts. But, when world heavyweight boxing champion, Wladimir Klitschko takes on challenger Bryant Jennings on April 25 at the Madison Square Garden, the world might forget about the mega fight for a while, at least, such are the expectations from the Klitschko-Jennings bout.
The Ukrainian boxer Klitschko has an impeccable record, having lost just three out of his 66 bouts, while 53 of his 63 wins have been via knockouts, which reflects his aggression and dominance in the boxing ring.
Expect the two giants of world boxing to throw a flurry of punches at one another, thus entertaining fans all around the world.
Jennings will walk into the bout confident, as he has been in prime form with a flawless record of 19 wins in his illustrious career so far.
"Let us, Bryant and me, entertain you on April 25th here in New York at Madison Square Garden. I see how Bryant Jennings acts. I see how he walks, I see how he shakes hands, I see how he speaks, and he has the qualities of Rocky Balboa from Philadelphia, " Klitschko told reporters.
The American Jennings is confident of beating his Ukrainian opponent and believes history will be made on April 25.
It will be a tough ask, though, considering Klitschko is undefeated in the last ten years.
''On April 25th history will definitely be made and it will be made by me. One of us has to lose and it isn't going to be me. Enough of the talking, I'm ready to fight," said Jennings.
But, it is not only Jennings, who is confident of a victory, as his manager, James Prince also echoes the samw words.
"This is a dream come true for us and we can't wait. There are a lot of doubters out there right now and they believe there is no way Bryant Jennings is going to be able to deliver a victory on April 25th. I would like for you all to show up because Bryant Jennings is going to show out, and we shall be champion."
Klitschko had conceded earlier in the year that it is going to be a tough challenge against Jennings.
''I do have a great respect for Bryant Jennings and his achievements. He has a good movement in the ring and good technique," said the Ukrainian.
''I know this will be a tough challenge."
