"Tanu Weds Manu Returns" (TWMR) will not cross ₹200 crore mark, but the film has hit ₹150 crore mark at the domestic box office. The film has been running in Indian theaters since 22 May and even after a month "Tanu Weds Manu Returns" continues to draw audiences.
Interestingly, "Tanu Weds Manu Returns" sixth week earnings are better than "Dil Dhadakne Do" fourth week's income. Kangana Ranaut and R Madhavan starrer "TWMR" minted ₹1.65 crore ₹1.50 crore.
"#TWMReturns [Week 6] Fri 22 lacs, Sat 36 lacs, Sun 52 lacs, Mon 19 lacs, Tue 18 lacs, Wed 17 lacs, Thu 15 lacs. Total: ₹ 150.03 cr," trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted.
