In March, an array of films from different genres has released including "Queen", "Gulaab Gang" and "Ragini MMS 2" among others.
While some films made a mark at the box office chart with their performance, some just crashed at the collection.
Kangana Ranaut's "Queen" had a phenomenal two week run in India. The film's second week box office collection was much better than first week in India.
"Queen" has shown tremendous growth in its earning not only in first week, but also in second week. "Queen" has proved that a film with good content and no big star can also change the box office history.
In week one, the film accumulated around ₹18.80 crore and in the next it raked in around ₹21 crore, according to the figure revealed by trade analyst Taran Adarsh.
"#Queen Week 2 is BIGGER than Week 1. Unbelievable and unimaginable in today's times. AWESOME," Adarsh said.

"Gulaab Gang" released along with "Queen" survived at the box office in second week, but the earnings of the film were low. The women oriented film raked in ₹14.58 crore in 14 days from Indian markets.
"Bewakoofiyaan" on Thursday completed its seven days with decent earnings. Although started on a dull note, the film held up well post weekend.
Ayushmann Khurrana and Sonam Kapoor starrer earned ₹12.77 crore from domestic box offices.
Here is the breakup of the film according to Adarsh: Friday ₹ 2.23 crore, Saturday ₹ 2.51 crore, Sunday ₹ 2.57 crore, Monday ₹ 2.06 crore, Tuesday ₹ 1.44 crore, Wednesday ₹1.03 crore and Thu ₹ 93 lakh.
"Ragini MMS 2," the horror thriller has received good response from audiences in the morning shows. Even though the Sunny Leone starrer opened with mixed reviews, the box office response seems to be good.
Since India Pakistan cricket match is also on Friday, the business of the horror film might get affected during evening and night shows. But overall, the film is backed up with positive word of mouth, so the weekend should be good.
