"Heart Attack" and "Pandavulu Pandavulu Tummeda" (PPT) both opened to average response at overseas box offices.
However, "PPT" featuring ensemble cast has fared better than "Heart Attack" at the US box office.
"PPT" in its opening weekend has raked in ₹45.35 lakh ($ 72,584) from 42 screens, while "Heart Attack" minted ₹40.30 lakh ($ 64,494) from 43 screens in the opening weekend.

While "PPT" might be dominating the overseas box office, the case is vice versa in domestic collection centres.
Nithin starrer "Heart Attack" has been steady at the box office after registering a good occupancy during the opening weekend.
In its opening weekend, Puri Jagannadh's directorial film minted ₹5.5 crore share from Andhra box office.
The circuit wise breakup of the film according to Andhraboxoffice is: Nizam ₹2.60 crore, Ceeded ₹80 lakh, Vizag ₹57 lakh, East ₹30 lakh, West ₹24 lakh, Krishna ₹28 lakh, Guntur ₹56 lakh and Nellore ₹20 lakh.
"PPT" Monday business was good compared to Friday, but due to low opening weekend collection the overall income is below average.
"PPT" starring Mohan Babu, Vishnu, Manoj, Varun Sandesh, Tanish, Raveena Tandon, Hansika Motwani and Pranitha Subhash has raked in ₹2.85 crore share from AP box offices.
The circuit wise breakup of the film according to Andhraboxoffice is: Nizam ₹1.3 crore, Ceeded ₹44 lakh, Vizag ₹24 lakh, East ₹18 lakh, West ₹13 lakh, Krishna ₹15 lakh, Guntur ₹30 lakh and Nellore ₹11 lakh.
