The shoot for Ekta Kapoor's Box Cricket League (BCL) Season 2 has begun with a bunch of controversies, and headlining them are television's top stars. Karan Patel and Arjun Bijlani are the celebs who have got people talking.
According to a Mid-Day report (Feb. 29, Mumbai), the "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein" actor cancelled shoots at the last minute and hardly ever practices with the team. Apparently, he confirms his schedule with friend Anita Hassanandani but never shows up.
"As a team, they need to practice together, but his complacent behavior is irritating everyone. This is not the first time he has done this. Last time during an awards show, when he was asked come for rehearsals, he promised to be there but ditched at the last minute," the source added.
Karan said his teammates were in the loop about why he hasn't been able to make it to the practice sessions. Round-the-clock schedules haven't left with much free time. "Whenever possible, I do manage to go for it," he told the leading daily.
Meanwhile, Arjun is said to be having a major problem with her "Naagin" co-star Mouni Roy stealing his thunder in the show promos. He is not very happy with production house's decision to promote women and ignore the rest.
"I am not that petty to have an issue with such things. Whatever is being done has been beneficial to my team. Why would I have a problem with that? Mouni is a friend and I was the one who gave her the timing and schedule of the promo shoot," Arjun explained.
