After the first look of Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma in"Bombay Velvet", Karan Johar's look as the film's villain has now been released.
The Anurag Kashyap directorial is Karan's debut film as an actor and he plays a negative role. His character has been named Kaizad Khambatta, and he is the main antagonist in Kashyap's dream project.
"As wild as my imagination can be... playing an antagonist in an Anurag Kashyap film was nowhere in my thought radar. Now it's done and I hope I don't have to leave the city and hide when it releases," Johar told The Times of India about his role.
The director-producer, who has become an actor now, posted his first look on his Twitter handle.

"Bombay Velvet" is based on famous book "Mumbai Fables" and is set in 1960s. The film narrates the story of a street fighter (played by Kapoor) and how the city transformed to become one of the biggest metropolises of the country.
The first look of the main leads – Ranbir and Anushka – was recently released.
While Ranbir Kapoor as Johnny Balraj in a rough look with disheveled hair, hurt marks and machine guns failed to receive appreciation from critics, the "PK" actress as Rosie Noronha stunned all with her smouldering look. In the poster, the actress looks every inch a stage-ready jazz singer.
It is being reported that the Kapoor scion underwent heavy-weight training sessions for his part in the film. Additionally, it is being said that he will be seen as a daredevil who has shot extensive cage-fighting scenes in the neo-noir drama.
Produced by Fox Star Studios and Phantom Productions, the movie is slated for a 15 May, 2015 release.
