Bombay HC rules children under 18 can't take part in Dahi Handi festival
Mumbai, Aug 11 (ANI): Bombay HC on Monday ruled that height of Dahi Handi cannot be more than 20 ft and children under 18 cannot take part in the festival. This ruling has come after a 14 year old died while practicing Dahi Handi.
