Jet Airways Tuesday received bomb threats for six of its flights, including one Mumbai-Dehradun flight and five others from New Delhi scheduled to fly to different locations, ANI reported.
Passengers at the Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun were evacuated after the bomb scare on Jet Airways flight from Mumbai to Dehradun.
Bomb threats for five other flights were received at the call centre of Jet Airways, NDTV reported. The anonymous caller said there are bombs on the five planes, including Delhi-Chennai, Delhi-Chandigarh, Delhi-Dehradun, Delhi-Gorakhpur flights.
Delhi-Chennai flight was parked at an isolated location at the Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi for security checks, ANI reported.
Other flights were also grounded and security checks were conducted, Jet Airways said in a statement.
