German luxury-car maker BMW rolled out the new X6 in India on Thursday, 23 July, at ₹1.15 crore (ex-showroom).
BMW X6 boasts minor changes in the exterior like the new kidney-grille, large air inlets on the front with horizontal chrome trim and new LED tail lights at the rear. Inside the cabin, the X6 gets special interior colours, exclusive trims and standard Dakota or optional Nappa leather upholstery.
BMW X6 is offered in five colour options: Alpine White (non-metallic), Carbon Black, Flamenco Red Brilliant Effect, Space Grey and Mineral White. Under the hood, X6 packs TwinPower turbo 6-cylinder in-line diesel engine that can churn out 313bhp and a maximum torque of 600Nm. It comes mated to a new 8-speed sport automatic transmission and that car can accelerate from 0-100kmph in just 5.8 seconds with a top-speed of 240kmph.
