The dazzling Bollywood stars Shraddha Kapoor, Nargis Fakhri, Kangana Ranaut and Esha Gupta will walk the ramp at the BMW India Bridal Fashion Week (IBFW) 2014, which kicks off on Thursday, in New Delhi.
The fabulous event, which is one of the India's highest profile shows, will be opened by designer Tarun Tahiliani with his spectacular bridal collection and would be closed by JJ Valaya with his mind blowing creations. The sixth edition of the fashion week is organised at DLF Emporio and will be concluded here on Sunday, 10 August.
While the bridal collection of Ashima Leena includes gorgeous full circular lehengas, floating ghararas with back trails, saris and more, Raghavendra Rathore will present classic fluid dhoti as the forerunner of his collections.
The event will showcase best of the trends and designs in bridal collections from the creations of leading designers Suneet Varma, Meera Muzaffar Ali, Gauri and Nainika, Falguni and Shane Peacock, and Jyotsna Tiwari.
Apart from the bridal wear collection, the event will feature on jewellery options too. Actress Nagris Fakhri will walk for Azva jewellery show in a modern bridal avatar, which is to be held on 9 August. Jewellery brand AZVA, inspired by the seven vows of the Indian wedding tradition, is the associate sponsor to IBFW 2014.
When announced the association with BMW India, founder and managing director of Fashion One International Vijay Singh, said in a statement that it gives him immense pleasure to announce the sixth edition of BMW India Bridal Fashion Week 2014 in association with AZVA in the fashion capital of India.
