Roorkee, Dec 6 (ANI): One child is reported to be dead after an explosion took place near DAV College in Roorkee city of Uttarakhand. According to the reports, the blast took palce at a garbage dump. Uttarakhand Chief Minister Harish Rawat appealed the people to maintain calm and cooperate with the police in the investigation. It is being reported that BJP leader Sangeet Som was about to take part in a political event which was being organsied near the college. Further details are awaited.
