Canadian smartphone maker BlackBerry on Thursday, 15 January released the much anticipated flagship QWERTY smartphone Classic in India.
The new BlackBerry Classic features the company's trademark back-lit QWERTY physical keypad with trackpad and navigation keys. On top, it sports a 3.5-inch 720x720p resolution touch-screen display.
Under the hood, it comes packed with Snapdragon S4 quad-core processor, 2GB RAM, 16GB inbuilt memory and 2,515mAh battery, which can power the phone close to 22 hours under mixed usage.
On imaging front, it houses an 8mp camera with auto-focus, Backside illumination LED flash and a 2mp snapper on the front.

The company has reportedly confirmed that the new BlackBerry Classic will be made available at online shop Snapdeal and exclusive BlackBerry stores across India from 15 January for ₹31,990.
Competition:
BlackBerry Classic will be up against the Samsung Galaxy S5, Motorola Moto X (Gen 2), HTC One E8, Sony Xperia Z2 and other tier-1 brands.
