It's been almost two months since BlackBerry unveiled two flagship devices - the full touchscreen Z10 and QWERTY keypad based BlackBerry Q10.
BlackBerry Z10 is already rolled out in almost all major markets and has also made successful sales in UK, India and its home country Canada.
Now, the company's iconic QWERTY keypad variant, Q10, is all set hit stores globally next month. UK based online shopping websites, Clove and Carphone Warehouse, have begun taking pre-orders whereas another website called Unlocked Mobiles went ahead and posted that Q10 will be in stock by 26 April for £529.98 (around ₹43,870).
As of now there are no reports of Q10's date of availability in India, but there are chances that BlackBerry will include India in its plan of initial release of Q10 in Asia. India is one of biggest market for the Canadian company in terms of revenue.
Earlier, BlackBerry launched Z10 in India within three weeks of its unveiling, whereasthe US received shipments only a few days ago.
The BlackBerry Z10 had received good reviews from tech critics as well as buyers globally for it refreshing and yet simple interface. But many believe that the future prospects of the company will depend on the how well both smartphones will be received in the US market which is currently lead by rivals - Apple and Samsung.
