The Black Panther premiere in Kisumu, Kenya, featured a celebration of the film and African culture. It was the first screening in Africa and was arranged by the head of Kisumu County Gov. Anyang Nyongo, who is the father of Academy Award-winning actress and Black Panther star Lupita Nyongo.
