New Delhi, Oct 22 (ANI): Reacting over Prime Minister Manmohan Singh’s ongoing tours to Russia and China, the BJP on Tuesday said that till now his foreign visits have not yielded tangible results. BJP leader Captain Abhimanyu said that the opposition, however, expects that the PM will take up the issues pertaining to the border violations by China in the strongest possible manner. He further added that matters like issuing visas to Indian citizens, water sharing, trade and commerce should thoroughly be discussed.
