New Delhi, Jan 15 (ANI): BJP on Thursday lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi's initiative to launch 'Beti Bachao Beti Padhao Scheme' to improve the child sex ratio (CSR) on January 22. The issue of decline in CSR is complex and multi-dimensional and the scheme will address the issue within the broad framework of survival, protection and education of girl children. Meanwhile, Congress leader Manish Tewari and Samajwadi Party leader Naresh Agarwal said that these campaigns are useless unless not practiced in day to day life. The leaders quoted PM's other programmes like 'Make in India', 'Swachh Bharat Abhiyan' etc. to show how all such initiative failed on the ground.
