Bigg Boss Telugu runner-up to play cameo in Jr NTR's Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava

Actor Aadarsh Balakrishna, who was the runner-up of Bigg Boss Telugu season 1, has been roped in to play a cameo role for Jr NTR and Trivikram Srinivas' upcoming movie Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava (ASVR).

Aadarsh Balakrishna took to Twitter to share his excitement with his followers. The actor tweeted a photo featuring him with the 'young tiger' Jr NTR and director Trivikram Srinivas. He revealed that he is making a special appearance in Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava. However, he did not divulge the details of his role.

Aadarsh considers this offer as a dream come true moment for him. He tweeted, "Turned out to be an extra special Sunday. Working with @jrntr and #trivikram sir was a dream come true. Even though, it was just a cameo #aravindasametha #jrntr #cameo #actorslife #telugucinema #tollywood, [sic]"

Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava is touted to be a romantic action entertainer that is written by Trivikram Srinivas. Jr NTR and Pooja Hegde are playing the lead roles, while Shatru, Jagapathi Babu, Rao Ramesh, Suneel, Rajsekhar Aningi, Eesha Rebba, Sithara and Brahmaji are part of the supporting cast. Aadarsh is the latest addition to its cast and has apparently completed the shooting for his portions in the movie.

Aadarsh started his acting career with a supporting role in Hindi movie Iqbal in 2005. He forayed into Tollywood with Happy Days in 2007. This movie gave him a much-needed attention in the industry. He went on to feature in over 20 Telugu movies. He was last seen playing a negative role in Lakshmi Manchu's W/O Ram.

Aadarsh was one of the 14 contestants from Bigg Boss Telugu season 1, which was hosted by none other than Jr NTR. He was the favourite housemate for many viewers, who voted for him till the end. He ended up becoming the runner-up, while Shiva Balaji walked away with the winner's trophy.
