Riythvika, who earned a huge fan following through Bigg Boss Tamil 2, will be acting in a big movie project once she is out of the reality show. The actress will be seen in Tamil Nadu's legendary actor and late former Chief Minister MG Ramachandran's biopic.
Ramana Communication is funding the project, which is written and directed by Balakrishnan. The production house, which had earlier produced Kamaraj's biopic, has signed Sathish Kumar to play the role of MG Ramachandran, who was popularly known as MGR.
Riythvika will play MGR's wife Janaki. Apart from her, the makers have roped in Balasingh, MR Radha, Y Ge Mahendran and Malayalam actor Raghu, who will be seen in the characters of MR Radha, BR Panthalu and Chakrapani, respectively.
However, the hunt for the suitable actors to play MGR's friend-turned-foe M Karunanidhi, who died last month, and J Jayalalithaa, actress and former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, who shared a special relationship with the legend, are yet to be finalised.
Coming back to Bigg Boss Tamil contestant Riythvika, the actress has quite a few movies in her hands. Her next movie is Torchlight, which is based on true incidents that happened in the 1990s on the highways of Tamil Nadu-Andhra Pradesh. She plays the role of a sex worker in the flick.
