Ex "Bigg Boss" contestant, Elli Avram has bagged another project after her debut performance in "Mickey Virus" (2013) alongside Manish Paul.
The model-turned-actress has been signed in by producer duo Abbas-Mustan for their upcoming film that has comedy king Kapil Sharma in the lead. With this film, the host of the popular TV show "Comedy Nights with Kapil", will be debuting in Bollywood after working in small screen for several years.
Interestingly, the comedy flick will have five heroines starring opposite Sharma and Avram is one of them. The makers are likely to begin the shoot by November this year.
Abbas-Mustan, who are known for producing action-thiller films, will be involved with a comic genre for the first time.
"There are as many as five heroines in the film. Abbas-Mustan are known for their action thrillers. But this one is an out and-out comedy. It is expected to go on floors in November and likely to be shot abroad." a source close to the production house told Mumbai Mirror.
Although, the Swedish actress did not confirm the buzz, she, however, did not deny it as well. She told the daily: "At this point, I can't comment on this."
Avram rose to fame after she became one of the favorite "Bigg Boss 7" contestants of the host Salman Khan. The "Dabangg" actor used to tease the lady quite often during the season, thereby hinting his fondness towards the actress. His special liking towards Avram was the talk of the town during the show.
Meanwhile, Khan's "Bigg Boss 8" has already premiered on 21 September, but the "Kick" star who supposedly promised Avram to cast her as the lead actress in one of his movies, has still not seen any progress.
When asked about her much-anticipated film with Khan, Avram said: "I don't know what's happening with that one. I met Salman last Saturday after a very long time."
