The August 28 episode of Bigg Boss Malayalam began in a very interesting note. In the initial moments of the episode, housemates started discussing the clashes which happened between Pearle Maaney, Anoop Chandran and Basheer Bashi.
Sabumon Abdusamad stated that Pearle Maaney has cried a lot following the clashes. Hearing this, Basheer Bashi argued that Pearle Maaney is a good actor who knows how to fake tears.
After some time, Bigg Boss gave the luxury task of the week. The task was to wash and iron dirty clothes in the most perfect manner.
Bigg Boss asked the contestants to divide themselves into two groups for the task. While collecting the clothes, Sabumon tried to manhandle Shiyas. Shiyas alleged that his head hit the ground when Sabumon pulled him. Sabumon denied the allegations.
Later, Bigg Boss asked the contestants to behave in such a way that Shiyas is invisible. Bigg Boss instructed all the housemates not to talk with Shiyas. Through this move, Bigg Boss was trying to make Shiyas more emotional and violent. All the contestants then started to avoid Shiayas, and nobody did not even give a single glance at the aspiring model. Shiyas became confused, but he did not talk or behave emotionally.
All the contestants except Shiyas now started packing their bags to go for an excursion. Suddenly, the lights went off, and the housemates closed themselves up in the storeroom. After seeing nobody around him, Shiyas became a little confused, but he did not show any anger or grief. Finally, Shiyas won the task, and Bigg Boss' attempt to emotionally derail Shiyas failed miserably. However, Shiyas admitted that he felt scared when the lights were suddenly turned off.
In the final moments of the Bigg Boss Malayalam episode, Hima started fighting with Basheer Bashi. In the meantime, Aristo Suresh started to defend Basheer, and finally, Hima started showering abuses on Suresh.
