Day 61 of "Bigg Boss 9" started with housemates sitting in the garden area and discussing Priya Malik's captaincy. They blamed Priya for being an unfair captain and soon the discussion turned into an argument.
Later, Prince Narula, Nora Fatehi, Suyyash Rai, Kishwer Merchantt, Keith Sequeira and Rochelle Rao were seen taking a dip in the pool. Mandana Karimi, who was watching them having fun, jokingly called Nora Prince's girlfriend.
Mandana's comment hurt Nora and seeing her upset, Prince lashed out at Mandana. However, without overstretching the issue, Mandana apologised to Prince and they hugged each other.
Later in the day, Bigg Boss announced the captaincy task between Keith Sequeira and Suyyash Rai. Both the contenders were tied to a rope and had pull each other to their respective sides so that they could press the buzzer on their side. Keith won the task and became the new captain of the house.
Bigg Boss also gave the contestants an opportunity to earn Rs 1 lakh. The housemates elected Keith and Rishabh Sinha as the contenders of the task. As per the rule of the task, both the contenders had to sell policies to the housemates.
Keith once again emerged as the winner and shared the sum of money with his supporters - Prince, Nora, Suyyash, Priya, Rochelle and Kanwaljeet. The winning team was given another chance to win Rs 2 lakh where Keith had to walk on pieces of hot coal. The hunk once again succeeded in the task and won a whopping sum of money.
Besides the tasks, the episode also saw Suyyash informing Mandana about Gizele spreading rumours about her personal life and divorce. Mandana then confronted Gizele, who defended herself by saying that she had to talk about Mandana's divorce because Kishwer asked her.
The prelude of the next episode saw Mouni Roy, who plays the lead role in Colors' new weekend show "Naagin" making an appearance in Salman Khan's show. Also, Mandana and Gizele were seen discussing about Rochelle and her loyalty towards Keith. Mandana made a shocking revelation that Rochelle wants Keith to leave the show.
