Even as "Bigg Boss" gears up for its ninth season, speculations regarding the probable contestants have been doing the rounds for a while now.
Among the several controversial names that have surfaced is that of self-styled Radhe Maa, owing to her recent controversies.
However, Radhe Maa has refuted reports of being approached by "Bigg Boss 9". She has also posted an statement on her Facebook account, saying she is not a part of the show.
If this was not enough, some of her supporters, enraged with the news of her name being associated with the TV show, have slapped the show makers and the channel with a legal notice for maligning their Radhe Maa's name.
"We are suing them for maligning Radhe Maa's name. She was never offered the show, has not been signed and will not be a part of it. She is not interested in reality TV," Mumbai Mirror quoted Sanjeev Gupta, a Radhe Maa supporter, as saying.
"It's a gimmick to increase TRPs. They know that wherever Radhe Maa goes, people follow. Our lawyers have been following news reports about Radhe Maa entering the house. We will not accept this," said another supporter.
Not just Radhe Maa, even Shiny Ahuja, who was convicted of raping his maid, is said to be upset with rumours of him participating in the reality show. Shiny also will be sending a legal notice to the channel.
"I have been reading reports about doing the show since 2011. It has been three years and they don't stop. This year too, my lawyer rang me to inform that once again my name was being associated with Bigg Boss. I have a paper trail that show stories leading back to the publicists and makers of the show," said the actor.
