"Bigg Boss 8" winner Gautam Gulati's stint inside the glass-walled house gained him immense popularity. He has a massive fan following who admire his sexy cut muscles and well-maintained physique.
On the occasion of "World Health Day" (7 April), Gautam revealed some secrets about his fitness and diet, during an interview with Telly Chakkar.
The suave winner believes in hardwork to acquire the perfect abs. He mentions that one should have concrete goals in order to lead a healthy life.
"Firstly concentrate your goals. You should know what you want. The best way is to work out well but even if you don't get time, at least run for half an hour everyday to keep yourself healthy. You should be prepared to give yourself time and hard work to achieve perfect abs," said the hunk.
Speaking about a healthy diet, the fitness freak said: "I feel that one should try having only ghar ka khana (home cook meals). If you stop eating outside food, then half the battle is won. Always eat healthy, it's really a must."
The "Diya Aur Baati Hum" actor went on to share his inspiration for the well-maintained physique.
"It comes naturally to me. I don't need inspiration as I am motivated always to keep myself fit. Even in the Bigg Boss house, I would run and continue my workout regime to keep myself in shape," he added.
The heartthrob will soon make his bollywood debut in "Udanchoo", which will be directed by Mohit Suri's ("Ek Villain") assistant Vipin Parashar. He will be seen romancing Brazilian model Bruna Abdullah and newcomer Sasha Saigal.
There were also reports that Gautam has signed a three-film deal with Ekta Kapoor's production house, according to Deccan Chronicle.
Some reports also suggest that Gulati has bagged a role in Neeraj Pandey's "MS Dhoni: The Untold Story", alongside Sushant Singh Rajput. The TV star will apparently essay pace bowler Zaheer Khan in the biopic.
