Day 85 in the "Bigg Boss 8" house was of fights and feuds.

Energy levels have clearly dipped and the housemates didn't seem to be in a chirpy mood. Upen Patel, who looked like he could kill anyone entering his personal space, refused to abide by captain Dimpy Mahajan's orders.

Later, during the nomination round, he picked a fight with Gautam Gulati in the confession room, stormed out the door and refused to return. However, upon repeated requests his highness returned to nominate Ali Quli Mirza for eviction.

The proceeding was, as usual, a tricky one wherein contestants were paired and asked to pick a name for elimination with mutual consent. Karishma Tanna, who received 4 votes, is in this week's danger zone along with Praneet Bhatt, Sonali Raut and Upen. 

A few hours into the day, the housemates collectively got into a massive fight after Upen verbally abused Sonali. The tiff triggered when Karishma decided to share the discussion she had with Puneet Issar while in the confession room with the "36 China Town" actor. 

The suave actor, who had poured his heart out to the "Xpose" actress once saying he needs money for the restaurant he wishes to open, didn't appreciate his personal life being disclosed in the most undignified manner.

The argument escalated to crazy levels when Karishma stormed into the kitchen area confronting Puneet and later calling him a 'pottymouth'. Praneet, who sided with the senior contestant, later sat Upen down making him understand the situation.

Gautam, on the other hand, appeared disinterested in the fight and was spotted roaming around the house without any agenda. Dimpy, who should have intervened in order to pacify the contestants, sat by and watched the show.

Interestingly, on Tuesday's episode Upen and Gautam will be seen in another fight and this time the former has warned him to stay away from him else he will break his face. Taking a lot of offense in the comment, Gautam challenges him to bring it on. Will Upen break the "Diya Aur Baati Hum" actor's face? Only time will tell.

However, 'BB8' viewers haven't appreciated Upen's antics and have condemned him on social media. While some have called him desperate, others have opined that the said contestant was uneccessarily poking Gautam. Here are some of the tweets:
