While the audiences are all geared up for the upcoming season of "Bigg Boss", the makers of the reality TV show have promised to bring numerous surprises and spicy amount of gossips and entertainment in the new season of the much watched show.

Show Timing: "Bigg Boss 8" will start from 21 September in Color TV channel. The show will be aired at 9:00 pm every Monday to Sunday. Viewers who miss the day's episode can watch it the next day at 12:00 pm. They can also watch it online on Color TV - YouTube.
Theme of the Show: Like every year, the popular show comes up with new themes. The new season's theme will represent that of an aircraft. In fact, the interior of the house, including the furnitures, will have an airplane look, thereby making the contestants feel like they are on board an airplane.
Moreover, the eighth installment will also feature two sections- Economy and Business class, based on which the contestants will be divided. The housemates will be continuously monitored through 82 cameras fitted at every corner of the aircraft.
Live Updates on Social Media: In order to get the detailed information regarding the members of the house and their actions, the makers have come up with a digital plan, where the viewers can get the day to day information about the contestants though social media sites, Facebook and Twitter.
While Facebook users will get daily updates through a fun "Bigg Boss" theme app that will examine the survival strategies of the contestants, Twitter will webcast the live information round the clock.
Moreover, there will be an interesting mobile app, which will stream the live feed in order to keep the viewers engaged in the show. The website will also have uncensored videos of the contestants.
Contestants: Though, the names of possible contestants have been doing the rounds, the final list of 12 housemates has been kept as a secret by the makers.
However, sources from the channel have revealed some of the names of celebs who will be part of "Bigg Boss 8".
Actress Minissha Lamba will be one of the biggest attractions of the new season followed by model-turned-actor Upen Patel. Other members in the house include Karishma Tanna, TV actress and reality show star Shweta Salve and Indian-origin Irish starlet Maryam Zakhariya among others.
