While the "Bigg Boss Halla Bol" is gearing up for finale on Saturday, 31 January, fans are hoping to have Salman Khan back on stage to host the final episode along with Farah Khan.
However, much to the disappointment of his fans, Salman will not be making appearance on the grand finale due to his packed schedule.
The superstar, who have been hosting the most watched reality show for the past five seasons, chose to take an exit from "Bigg Boss 8" when the makers decided to extend the show. Due to his prior commitments to Kabir Khan's "Bajrangi Bhaijaan", Salman had no choice but to leave the reality show.
However, after his exit, the actor reconnected with the contestants through an audio-visual recording where he mentioned that he will try to make it to the finale. His emotional speech raised hope for his fans, who missed their favourite host on the show.
"Salmaan khan will not be seen for the Bigg Boss 8 Halla Bol finale," tweeted Bigg Boss News.
The superstar was replaced by Farah Khan in the new show "Bigg Boss Halla Bol" wherein previous contestants from the show entered the house to compete with the survivors.
Although, Farah did a fair job as a host, the film-maker was no match for Salman, who with an immensely huge fan-following was able to bring his charm to the small screen and make the audiences laugh with his funny antics.
The grand finale will now be hosted by Farah where she will announce the winner of "Bigg Boss Halla Bol".
The champions who will compete against each other to win the eighth edition of the reality show are Gautam Gulati, Karishma Tanna, Pritam Singh, Dimpy Mahajan and Ali Quli Mirza.
However, it has been reported that two of the contestants will leave the house just one day before the finale.
