Salman Khan who hosted his concluding episode of "Bigg Boss 8" in a grand way, handed over the show to Farah Khan in an exclusive series "Bigg Boss Halla Bol".
However, leaving the show mid-way wasn't easy for the superstar as it was evident in the special video message he sent for the contestants on the day one of the "Bigg Boss Halla Bol".
In the video, Salman, who has been hosting the show for the past several seasons now, was seen getting emotional as he expressed his feelings for contestants of Season 8.
Salman had to take an exit from the show with a heavy heart, due to his prior commitments to a film project ("Bajrangi Bhaijaan") and also because the makers decided to extend the reality show for another month.
Salman apologised for his exit and mentioned that his best friend Farah, who is a big fan of the show herself, will be hosting the show from now on.
However, he gave some hope for the contestants as well as the viewers by saying that he will be back if he gets some time off from shooting. He further said that he will try attending the grand finale of the series.
The emotional messages, left the inmates, especially Karishma Tanna teary-eyed.
If Salman's words are to be believed, his return to the show would be a special treat for the viewers and his fans, who watch the show only because of him.
The five champions of the season Gautam Gulati, Karishma, Dimpy Mahajan, Pritam Singh and Ali Quli Mirza will now compete with five ex-contestants from previous seasons, to win the reality show.
Ex-contestants of the show Rahul Mahajan, Ajaz Khan, Sambhavna Seth, Mahek Chahel and Sana Khan made a grand entry inside the house and participate as challengers of "Bigg Boss Halla Bol". The challengers are expected to take the entertainment quotient a notch higher.
