'Bigg Boss 8': Karishma Tanna Turns 31, Rare and No Make-up Photos of Contestant

If not for the numerous controversies she has courted, "Bigg Boss 8" contestant Karishma Tanna will for sure be remembered for her I-want-my-make-up stunt.

Born on 21 December 1983, this gorgeous actress has done a handful of films and a few daily soaps. However, she has now signed "Tina and Lolo", alongside Sunny Leone, the shoot for which will be resumed once she is done with her "BB8" stint.

While "Grand Masti" gave her career a much-needed push, the high-voltage reality show only accelerated her growth making her face a popular one. During her stay, she has had many fights and arguments, but that one major tiff she had with Gautam Gulati over her make-up supplies stands out.

The "phone booth" task wherein Puneet Issar was asked to convince both Tanna and Diandra Soares to give up on their make-up took a nasty turn later. A few days later, Gulati and Tanna were put into the confession room and were made to mutually agree upon certain topics blindfolded using a 'yes' or a 'no' placard.

While they were at it, the housemates were shown a live footage at the living area and they were appalled at how Tanna was more interested in getting her make-up back than showing interest in topics that would help the members of the house.

Social media strongly reacted to this incident and host Salman Khan called Gulati a 'real' hero who gave importance to things that were actually crucial.

However, apart from this, the red chilli paste-smearing episode did put her on the forefront, but she was soon sidelined by the viewers for her unforgiving nature. Gulati, who apologised to her day in and day out, turned out to be a real hero in the case.
