Gautam Gulati is one of the most popular contestants in "Bigg Boss 8" and his alleged love affair with Diandra Soares has created a lot of buzz in the media. But his mother Mohit and brother Anurag Gulati said they do not approve their relationship.
In an interview to Colors, Gautam's mother Mohit said their relationship is all part of the game. When quizzed whether she will approve of it, she said, "Not at all. I think it's all a part of the game and my son only considers her as a friend, nothing more. I actually don't even want to talk about her and I reserve my comments."
Anurag said that they are just friends as Gautam never expressed his love for her. "Has Gautam ever said he's in 'love' with Diandra? He has always maintained that they're good friends and he also treats her like one. In Mumbai, Gautam lives alone and he has 50 friends that he talks to, but in actual there's only one person who's close to him," Colors quoted him as saying.
Anurag said both Gautam and Diandra need to think about people watching them on TV. "Being a guy there will be no allegations on him, but Diandra needs to think about herself, her image. From the beginning she has been so against him and is now getting close, there might be a chance she's just faking it to be in the game," says Gautam's brother."
Meanwhile, Anurag feels that their friendship has disappointed Gautam's fans. "Every weekend the housemates get to know about Gautam's popularity and she's just trying to take advantage. I can clearly state that today some of Gautam's fans have stopped supporting him and the reason for the decline is Diandra," he added.
Many viewers as well as housemates feel that Puneet Issar is manipulating Gautam in the "Bigg Boss" house. But Mohit and Anurag deny the complaint that he always listens to his advice. They say that respects Puneet, but he always takes his own decisions.
