"Bigg Boss 8" ex-contestant Natasa Stankovic and "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein" actor Aly Goni have ended their one-year-old relationship.
Goni, who is known for playing the role of Romi Omprakash Bhalla in "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein", confirmed that the two are not together anymore.
Reports of them dating started after the Serbian actress made her entry into the "Bigg Boss 8" house last year. Goni apparently posted some photos on his Facebook page, which sparked the dating rumours.
The news was confirmed when he wrote a post that read: "What a entry (sic) my baby doll Natasha Stankovic." Later in September 2014, he also tweeted that he misses Natasa, who was inside the "Bigg Boss" house.
The two belong to the same industry, but were introduced by Goni's sister-in-law a year ago. According to reports, the two started dating soon after they met.
But looks like they were destined to be together only for a year. Goni confirmed the news to The Times of India and said that he prefers to be with an Indian girl.
"Yes, we are not together. I think I would prefer to be with an Indian girl. There were many issues in adjusting to the differences we had in our cultural backgrounds. I wish her well," the "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein" actor told TOI.
