Evicted "Bigg Boss 8" contestant Diandra Soares, who is most famously known for her impulsive behaviour, rubbished pregnancy rumours saying it's a mere speculation and that she had gone for a routine checkup.
"Kissing doesn't lead to pregnancy. It's just a rumour that has been flying outside," IANS quoted her as saying. Diandra's father Benedict too was miffed with the reports adding he knew his daughter too well to believe in such 'cheap' publicity stunts.
"It's all nonsense and rubbish. It's a work of some crazy journalist who wanted to get some cheap publicity. I am an open minded person. If there was anything of that sort, I would have told everyone," he told Bollywood Life.
The rumours gained traction after it was reported that the said contestant was taken to a nearby hospital for checkup. However, a source from the sets of "BB8" cleared the air informing it was only a routine health check up that she had been taken out of the house for. "She has not been keeping well since quite a few days. It's because of this she had to see a doctor. The pregnancy reports are disgusting and baseless," BL quoted a "Bigg Boss 8" insider.
Diandra-Gautam Gulati's relationship was an unpredictable one. During the initial weeks, the two hit it off really well, but after the infamous chilli powder episode, the former peeled away from him saying he was a 'psycho'. The ex-couple then warmed up to each other during the 'Gautam City' task wherein the contestants would do what the "Diya Aur Baati Hum" actor ordered them to do.
Few days into the 'special' bond, the supermodel dragged Gautam into the shower for a 'wild' birthday gift. From restroom escapades to stealing pecks while passing by each other at the living area, the couple has given enough fodder to "BB8" viewers.
However, their growing closeness not only irked the contestants but managed to anger the audience as well. Although the two were clear they would maintain their bond come what may, Diandra was mighty upset with Gautam's sudden decision to put an end to all of what they had.
