The second day at the "Bigg Boss 8" house was more eventful than the first. The Secret Society hit the contestants with a variety of tasks, which were meant to test their patience.
While Upen Patel and Gautam Gulati successfully completed their 'qurbaani' of sleep through the night, Sukirti Kandpal and Minissha Lamba had to paddle a stationary cycle for the house to be blessed with running water.
Interestingly, Patel and Kandpal, who have been bonding big time ever since the premiere night, were beginning to fall apart. Irritated due to lack of sleep, Patel snapped at Kandpal when the latter asked the contestants to check on the cycle, which had stopped working.
But the two made peace later. Strangely, even after having a mature conversation, Kandpal broke into tears. Finding it baseless, Patel remarked that she is taking it too far by crying and it is all 'drama'.
On the other hand, Diandra Soares was seen trying to bond with Gulati. Sleep deprived Gulati even requested the crazy-haired model to massage his back. Will this be the first couple of this season? Only time will tell.
While the girls strongly paddled their way to victory and successfully completed their task, Arya Babbar and Soni Singh were chosen for the second dare, which was to fast until the next task. Both Babbar and Singh didn't disappoint SS, and stayed without food until they were free to eat.
Standing atop one of the wings of the crashed aircraft, mud-smeared inmates Sushant Divgikar and Soares did a great job of being a perfect MJ statue and completed the third task of the day.
Gulati, who is clearly trying to be Soares' Mr. Perfect, helped her moisturize her legs after washing off the mud and very quickly, garnered enough attention.
However, the tiny prelude to the third day seemed interesting as the SS' faces will be revealed and eliminations will begin.
