Controversial reality show "Bigg Boss 8" kick-started its journey with a grand premiere on Sunday night.
Fifteen contestants took off to an unknown destination in flight no. BB08 with Salman Khan as its captain. When Bollywood Life asked them about one prohibited item they would take along if they were allowed, the contestants gave some interesting answers.
While Karishma Tanna said, "I would take along my mobile. It's very difficult for me to stay without a phone," gay contestant Sushant Divgikar said he would want to get some alcohol on board. "Alcohol. Because no one is gonna say that they drink or smoke. But I am not afraid. I smoke and I drink, so I would definitely carry alcohol if I am allowed to," he said.
Calling books as a giver of wisdom, actress Sukirti Kandpal said she would want to have a bunch of books with her. "I would take my books. I love to read. It's a very nice time spending activity. And plus it gives you wisdom, which you require inside that house." Meanwhile Minissha Lamba would slip in a laptop with "super fast internet connection."
Interestingly, Soni Singh, who played the vamp in "Saraswatichandra", stated that she would take along "puja ka samaan," whereas, model Diandra Soares would want her dog to take off in the plane. Television actors Gautam Gulati and Praneet Bhatt told BL they had brought along trimmer and chess board, respectively, but unfortunately the items were taken away.
To be shot in a crashed aircraft, "Bigg Boss 8" contestants will have reclining aircraft chairs for beds and will be given challenging tasks. According to reports, the house will also have a Secret Society comprising three members, who will have complete authority in the house of horrors. If rumours are anything to go by, Puneet Issar, Deepshika Nagpal, and RJ Preetam will head the society.
