Shilpa Shinde had landed herself in hot waters with netizens a couple of days ago for taking a dig at Karanvir Bohra and his wife Teejay Sidhu with her Instagram post. However, the Bigg Boss 11 winner has now shot back at those who trolled her on social media questioning that why can't she have some fun and have the right to express her opinion.
"Don't I have the right to comment on the world's best show as a viewer. Also this world's biggest show is meant for entertainment, why can't I have some fun? I have never baulked at expressing my opinion till now and don't plan to start any time soon," Shilpa told IWM Buzz.
Shilpa had mocked KV and his wife for sending an open letter to Salman Khan and the makers of the show for making fun of KV's undergarments by sharing an image of Karanvir wearing a bra on his head.
"As for sentiments I have never said I am God or devi; I will have my opinion which you might or might not like. Also if you have seen the entire video one the contestant said exactly the same thing which I wrote. And here he is being spared, why I am trolled," she added.
On a serious note, Shilpa further said that according to her what Karanvir (being a father to his two daughters) did was not age appropriate.
"What Karanvi did was not wrong, everything is also age appropriate. He needs to understand that he is no longer a young guy any more. Rather he is father of two baby girls, what would they feel if they see their father putting a bra on his head. Had a younger guy among the lot had done, it still would have been fine," she said.
A couple of weeks ago, Shilpa had faced similar wrath from netizens over targetting Karanvir Bohra for making Sreesanth wash utensils in a task.
