Here is some good news for the fans of reality show "Bigg Boss." The most controversial and popular Indian reality show "Bigg Boss" will be back with its 10th season soon on Colors TV.
Colors TV has some interesting shows lined up for the Indian television viewers in the second half of 2016. Starting with "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 9," the channel will also air Anil Kapoor's "24," "Bigg Boss 10" and "Khatron Ke Khiladi" to name a few. But among these shows, "Bigg Boss" bags the attention of the audience, making it one of the popular reality shows.
The controversial reality show, which will be hosted by Salman Khan again, is likely to go on floors after the finale of dance show "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 9." The dance show will go on air in the end of July and is likely to end in October. According to a Business of Cinema report, "Bigg Boss 10" will begin in mid-October, but there has been no official announcement regarding the same.
Meanwhile, viewers will see a change in the format of the show with common public participating in the 10th season of the reality show with celebrities. Salman will return as the host of the show and interestingly he has agreed to a pay cut.
"Salman has always hiked his fee for Bigg Boss, but this time he will be taking a pat cut. He wants Colors to put a chunk of money into Being Human [sic]," a source told Bollywood Life.
Talking about the contestants, two names have been popped until now and they are Santosh Bateshwar Ray, who was slapped by Govinda, and Pakistani model Qandeel Baloch. But the makers have not finalised anyone as of now.
