The Big Bang Theory Season 10 will come to an end this Thursday and the preview doesn't paint a happy ending for Amy and Sheldon. Ramona's re-entry into Sheldon's life, especially now that Amy is away at Princeton, spells trouble for Sheldon's relationship with Amy.
"Ramona is looking to take advantage of Sheldon and he is innocently blind to it," showrunner Steve Molaro told TVLine. "But all of his friends are acutely aware of what's going on."

It looks like Amy is also aware that Ramona might not have the best intentions and she enlists her two best friends – Penny and Bernadette – to keep an eye on things. "They give each other a hard time and they have fights, but they really do have each others' backs," the EP confirmed.
Will Sheldon really cheat on Amy? It seems unlikely that Sheldon is capable of two-timing, but Molaro hinted that there's cause for worry. "In the Big Bang writers room, we like to write stories that make us nervous. Because then it feels like it matters. Well, [this ending] is one of those."
Also, the promotional pictures show Sheldon and Ramona together at his apartment.
The Big Bang Theory airs Thursdays on CBS. The finale is titled The Long Distance Dissonance and the synopsis reads: "The gang is concerned when Sheldon's former admirer, Dr. Ramona Nowitzki, resurfaces while Amy is away at Princeton."
