Mumbai, Dec 26 (ANI): Megastar Amitabh Bachchan has been conferred with the second Yash Chopra Memorial Award 2014 at an event held in Mumbai recently. The award was presented by the Governor of Maharashtra and many government Ministers and dignitaries along with Pamela Chopra, wife of late Yash Chopra, Simi Garewal and Jaya Prada among others. Last year Lata Mangeshkar had received the prestigious award. The award is given to deserving and prominent figures from the Indian cinema for their outstanding contributions in diverse fields. The jury members unanimously decided that Amitabh Bachchan definitely deserves the award this year.
