Three people, who were affected by a suspected chlorine gas leak at the Narmada Jal project site in Bhopal on Saturday evening, has been rushed to hospital, according to reports.
Local residents have been advised to take precautions. Rescue operations are underway.More details awaited.
In November 2014, about 35 people were affected by a suspected chlorine gas leak at Mandideep industrial area in Raisen district of Madhya Pradesh.
The incident had taken place just a few days ahead of the commemoration of the 30th anniversary of the infamous Bhopal gas tragedy in 1984.
