Shivarajkumar's latest outing "Bhajarangi" has received an overwhelming response from the film goers and amassed praiseworthy collection at the box office in the first weekend.
The film has continued to rock the ticket counters on week days too. While the film might be creating waves in the industry, its huge success has forced many filmmakers to delay their films. Golden Star Ganesh too has reportedly postponed the release of his upcoming film "Shravani Subramanya."
According to reports, the much hyped and highly-awaited Kannada film "Shravani Subramanya" was earlier scheduled to release as a Christmas treat on 20 December. But the latest buzz in Gandhi Nagar is that its release has been pushed by a week. The news was confirmed by Manju Swaraj, who is directing the movie, who also revealed that the film would now release on 27 December.
Shravani Subramanya is a love story and Manju Swaraj has written beautiful script and dialogues for the movie. Its story is about a guy named Subramanya, who is an aspiring singer, who wants to become a popular and a talented singer like SP Balasubramaniam. What happens when a lovely lady enters his life forms the crux of the film. The director says that the subject of the film will impress Ganesh's fans.
The on-screen chemistry between Golden Star Ganesh and actress Amoolya, who have earlier teamed up for 2007 film "Cheluvina Chittara," has impressed the viewers.
Swaraj believes that besides the interesting story, Ganesh-Amoolya chemistry will be one of the main highlights of the film and their romance will surely please the audience.
Produced by KA Suresh, "Shravani Subramanya" has V Harikrishna's music and background score. His tunes are going to be one of the biggest strengths of this innocent romantic love story. Suresh Babu has handled the camera for the movie, which features Ananth Nag, Tara, Sadhu Kokila, Ninasam Ashwath and others in supporting roles.
