Director Siddhartha Thatholu's Telugu movie Bhairava Geetha starring Dhananjay, Irra Mor and Raja Balwadi, has received mixed review and rating from the Telugu critics and audience.
Bhairava Geetha is a Kannada language romantic action drama that has been dubbed and released in Telugu with the same name a week after the original version hit the screens. The movie has been produced by Abhishek Nama and Bhasker Rassi. The film has received an A certificate from the censor board and its runtime is 2.09 hours.
Bhairava Geetha story: Geetha (Irra Mor), who belongs to a family with a hardcore faction backdrop, returns to her village after finishing studies. She falls in love with her father's henchman Bhairava (Dhanunjaya). The couple elope when her father orders his goons to kill Bhairava. The rest of the story is all about the two fighting against all odds.
Analysis: Bhairava Geetha is an old wine in a new bottle. The first half is good, but the second half is very high on bloodshed. Dhananjay, Irra Mor, Raja Balwadi and others have delivered good performances. The film has good production values and music, picturisation, action and dialogues are attractions on the technical front, say the Telugu critics and audience.

Bhairava Geetha is the same old faction drama which offers nothing new. The first half has some breezy moments but the film takes a beating in the second half with an overdose of violence and forced climax. The performances from the lead cast create a decent effect but the narration is jaded and that effects the cinematic experience for the viewers and ends the film as a below-par watch this weekend.
TeluguCinema Rating: 2
A tale of passion between a landlord's daughter and a servant has full of violence, bloodshed, and lot of kisses. What it doesn't have is gripping narration. Too routine and formulaic!

#BhairavaGeetha #BhairavaGeethareview @RGVzoomin The film is having same old story line with no twists. The director may thought by adding liplocks it will become ARJUN REDDY r RX100. some dialogues r good. protagonist dialogue delivery is bad. We wonder if the antagonist has a nervous weakness his head never stops shaking. Songs are bad. The back ground music is very bad. We wonder what is good in the film. The locations n DOP are good. Bhairavageeta avoid it. 1.5/5.0
