As the year comes to a close, e-commerce giant Amazon has announced the best of Prime services, highlighting how the company's program has evolved and what Prime members loved this year the most.
Amazon's top products include OnePlus 6, which apparently made more than Rs 100 crore with just 10 minutes of going on sale earlier in the year. Also, Fire TV Stick too sold like hot cakes, as well. As far as the Prime video service is concerned, local original TV series such as Mirzapur and Breathe received good response from the public.
"We loved delivering smiles throughout the year, whether through blockbuster Prime originals like Mirzapur, exclusive launches of top products like OnePlus 6, latest songs and specially curated playlists on Prime Music, or through early access to our biggest Diwali sale. We are humbled by the tremendous response from members to their latest benefits- Prime Music and Prime Reading, and really believe that the simple all-inclusive Prime membership at Rs. 999 a year or Rs. 129 a month is truly the best deal in shopping and entertainment today.." Akshay Sahi, Director and Head of Prime, Amazon India, said in a statement.
