The Ben Affleck-Jennifer Garner divorce is one of the most shocking news to have hit the web in recent times. And fans of the star couple were really upset when the "Daredevil" co-stars decided to call it quits on their 10-year old marriage. But now, according to latest reports, the "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" actor and Jen have decided to give their relationship another chance.
Ben and Jen are apparently working hard to put the almost-over marriage back on track and are considering to put the divorce on hold. The reports suggest that the new Batman has apologised about everything. In fact, it has also been reported that therapy sessions with Ben have changed Jennifer's mind about the divorce.
"Now that they no longer live together, Ben has finally been able to vent his true feelings and frustrations. He's not scared to say what he really thinks, and Jen is actually listening," a source told Star magazine (via Star Pulse).
"It made him feel like he was always walking on eggshells around her, and he started to resent her for not letting him do what he wanted. He told her that in therapy," the source added.
The source apparently said that Ben's words and emotions have moved Jennifer's heart and has changed her mind about getting a divorce. Affleck has apologised for all his past transgressions. "He sat her down and apologized for everything he's put her through over the years. He acknowledged that she's always had to deal with the fallout of his selfishness, and he promised to try harder to be a better man," the source said.
Seeing the changed man in Ben during the couple of therapy sessions, Jennifer has apparently realised that she will not find another man like him. "Jen has realized she's never going to find anyone as great as Ben. Sure, he has his issues, but she says he's still the kindest, smartest man she's ever met, and she made a big mistake in letting him go. It finally seems like they both really want this marriage to work," the source revealed.
Well, we don't know how far the reports of the couple putting their divorce on hold are true, but one thing is sure: Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner seem to be on good terms and have been spotted spending time together at various occasions.
