After teasing the viewers with a series of lip-lock posters, the makers of Befikre have released the trailer of the film on October 10. The trailer launched took place at the iconic location - Eiffel tower in Paris, which is the universal symbol of love.
The official Twitter handle of the film Befikre tweeted: "Celebrate love the Befikre way with Dharam & Shyra's free spirited & carefree tale. #BefikreTrailer #BefikreInParis." In less than 24 hours, Befikre trailer has crossed 1 million views on Youtube.
The trailer narrates the modern day love story of Ranveer Singh, Dharam, and Vaani Kapoor aka Shyra, who don't believe in the institution of love. The two carefree souls – Dharam and Shyra – who instead of falling in love, prefers kissing and enjoying sex. The major highlight of the trailer is the couple's striptease acts.
Just like the tantalising posters, the trailer too showcased an overdose of sensuous scenes between the couple. The chemistry of the fresh pair, Ranveer and Vaani, also looks electrifying. Going by the two-minute-40 second video, Befikre will be one-of-its-kind of films and one can for sure expect to see a lot of steamy scenes.
Befikre is undoubtedly the most erotic movie from the house of Yash Raj Films. This is the first time director Aditya has ventured into something bold, ditching Yash Raj Films' clichéd romances like Dilwale Dulhania Le Jaayenge that believes in family values.
The movie also marks the return of Aditya as a director after eight long years. His last directorial venture was Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi. This is also the first time he has worked with any other actor in the lead other than Shah Rukh Khan. Befikre is slated to release on December 9 this year.
