Priyanka Chopra was one of the best-dressed celebrities at the 2017 Met Gala red carpet. The Baywatch actress wore a daring trench coat with the longest ever train on Met Gala 2017 red carpet, which was held at NYC's Metropolitan Museum of Art on May 1.
Keeping up with the theme inspired by Japanese Avant Garde designer Rei Kawakubo's designs, the Baywatch actress looked stunning in the sexy samurai teamed up with a top bun, dark eyes and black boots. She slayed at the red carpet in a bold Ralph Lauren's designed golden trench coat gown, featuring the long train.
She popped the long collar and left it unbuttoned to flaunt her cleavage. The Quantico actress accessorised her dress with long silver earrings and a ring.
Singer Nick Jonas accompanied Priyanka at the Met Gala red carpet. Nick, who wore Ralph Lauren Purple Label, tried his best to not step on the long train at the red carpet. Later, Priyanka and Nick posed together for the paparazzi present at the event.
Apart from her, there was another Bollywood beauty who attended the Met Gala 2017 event. xXx: Return of Xander Cage actress Deepika Padukone also attended the Met Gala in an embellished satin-silk slip white dress. She wore a diamanté headband, diamond earrings and cat-eye and nude lipstick completed her look.
But unlike Priyanka, Deepika failed to impress with her outfit and fashion statement. Deepika looked stunning, but she has done better on the red carpet of several other events.
Meanwhile, Priyanka was among the celebrities who inspired Met Gala 2017 memes this year. Her long train was appreciated by several, but a few made fun of her dress with interesting memes.
