Batman: Arkham Knight, the final game in the Arkham series, has announced its return to PC via Steam.
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, publishers of Arkham Knight said in the Steam Community page that it was thankful to Arkham fans, the Steam Batman: Arkham Community and the PC Players for waiting patiently.
In celebration of its return, the publishers noted that it will be handing out free digital copies of some of the games from its library:
- Batman: Arkham Asylum GOTY
- Batman: Arkham City GOTY
- Batman: Arkham Origins
- Batman: Arkham Origins
The above games would be available to players who have already purchased or are going to purchase Batman: Arkham Knight PC version. But this must be done before 16 November, 2015. It also said that it aims to deliver these by December.
Apart from this, Warner Bros. will also be handing out Community Challenge Pack for free to PC Arkham Knight owners in January 2016. PC gamers will be getting access to maps, a week before their counterparts on console do.
It also announced that it is tying up with developer Valve to create Batman: Arkham themed cosmetic items for Team Fortress 2.
Note that Batman: Arkham Knight on Steam costs $50.
October DLC Released
Following the release of the Batman: Arkham Knight update 1.10 weighing 300MB for PS4 and Xbox One, Warner Bros. have released October DLC for the same.
The October DLC will be consisting of a new story DLC - Catwoman's Revenge, costing $1.99. Also available is the 1960s Batman Batmobile pack along with Batmobile skin from the classic TV series, skins for Robin and Catwoman from the same and few tracks that are based on the series.
This will also consist of Crime Fighter Challenge Pack #3 that brings new predator challenge maps for Batman, Robin, Nightwing and Azrael.
Arkham Knight Season Pass holders will get it for free, other interested players have to buy it.
