Hrithik Roshan's much awaited film, "Bang Bang", has been creating tremendous buzz ever since the teaser trailer has been released. Roshan's pulse raising power-packed action scenes and the breath-taking high-rise from the middle of the ocean has left the viewers eagerly wait for the action flick.
The actor who is known to put his heart and soul in all of his films has impressed the director Siddharth Anand with his efforts in bringing out the best in himself.
Despite suffering a brain injury and then undergoing a major surgery, the Greek God looks actor has performed some death defying stunts in the film. In one of the scenes, the Roshan left the crew open-mouthed when he jumped off the roof-tops in Shimla during the initials days of his post-surgery shootings.
The official remake of Hollywood film, "Knight and Day" starring Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz, the hindi version will also see Roshan sporting water skiing amidst the blue ocean in one of the scenes. But the striking part is that Roshan will perform the daredevil stunt hooking himself to a sea-plane.
"In Bang Bang I have pushed myself to the extreme. This sequence called for mental and physical tenacity. The rush that I experienced while training and executing the sequence was out of the world. I was hooked to a sea plane while I did the stunt. I had trained non-stop to even attempt the sequence," Mumbai Mirror quoted Roshan as saying.
Apparently, no other films, be it Bollywood or Hollywood, has ever tried this action stunt, brags the director.
"This is the first time a shot like this has been shot for any film in the world and we can boast that a Bollywood film, "Bang Bang", has recorded this feat," Anand told Miss Malini.
Produced by Fox Star Studios, the action flick also features stunning Katrina Kaif opposite Roshan thus bringing the sizzling "Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara" pair back on screen. Moreover, with the release of the film's two songs, "Tu Meri" and "Meherbaan", which has already been viewed a million times, has only increased the level of expectations among the crowd.
The action thriller releasing on 2 October, has been shot in several foreign locations including Thailand, Greece and Abu Dhabi. The flick will release in not just Hindi, but in two other south Indian languages - Tamil and Telugu simultaneously.
