Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, who is busy with the shooting of his upcoming films "Prem Ratan Dhan Paayo" and "Bajrangi Bhaijaan", spent his New Year with the cast and crew of Kabir Khan directorial and the villagers of Kajrat.
The actor, along with some professional painters and the crew of the film, including Kareena Kapoor, director Kabir Khan, and composer Himesh Reshammiya were seen painting the houses of the Hatluni village in Karjat, Mumbai.
The entire unit managed to paint each and every house of the village, the public library, and even the water tank, in pink and blue colours within five hours, making it picture-perfect for this New Year.
"There were about 30 of us, and led by Salman, we painted the entire village in one five-hour stretch. The results are fantastic," said Kabir, reported Times of India.
Reportedly, Salman, who is fond of painting, gifted one of the paintings to a house in the village. "Kick" actor also gifted sarees to the village women and even played football with the kids.
